I trained with Michael Keet at The London School of Reflexology.
I am based in Central Scotland (Stirling, Falkirk and Dollar), and have previously worked in Glasgow, London and in Spain. I qualified in the Diploma of Reflexology over ten years ago, and I have been practising since then.
I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists, which has high standards in training and education, and requires ongoing CPD from their members to provide an excellent standard of treatment for clients.
I have also trained in reflexology specialisms pregnancy and birth reflexology, cranio-sacral reflexology, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and the use of acupressure points in reflexology and I apply these techniques to give powerful, but relaxing treatments.
I am a mobile reflexologist and will treat you at your own home.
Reflexology is a proven, gentle, non-invasive therapy that encourages the body to heal itself.
It is a safe, natural therapy and helps relax, balance, and harmonise the body.
The theory behind reflex is that energy moves through the body via a specific series of zones and the feet as a gateway to these channels or energy pathways.
If you have been under stress, ill or injured, or if you are suffering from a chronic condition you body will be in a state of imbalance. The vital energy pathways will be blocked and your body will be unable to function properly.
Reflexology can be used to restore and maintain the body’s natural equilibrium and encourage healing. It helps you feel healthier and vibrant by unblocking the energy pathways.
Reflexology can be safely used with people of all ages – from babies to the elderly.

Cranio Sacral Reflexology
He noted that the bone structure of the skull permitted slight motion and that any restriction of the normal motion due to injury, trauma or disease could affect health.
The cranial osteopath works with the bones in the skull to remedy such conditions, and a trained cranio sacral reflexologist can achieve the same results as the bones of the feet reflect the skull and sacrum exactly.
A reflexologist has a highly developed sense of palpation and can feel the fundamental life force of a person by these gentle techniques.
This life force energy underlies our very existence and maintains our well being, vitality and vibrancy in every part of our body. Any disruption or disturbance to the flow or rhythm affects the balance (or homeostasis) of the body and mind.
The life force energy originates within the brain and spinal cord and the fluid that surrounds them.
A trained cranio sacral reflexologist can palpate any disruption of the life force by treating the bones of the feet which reflect exactly the skull and sacrum. Cranio sacral reflexology can be used in many instances and can address physical pain, acute and chronic disease, emotional or psychological disturbances, or simply help to develop well-being, health and vitality.
Cranio sacral therapy is suitable for babies, children and the elderly, as well as people with painful conditions because it is so gentle. Treatment can aid almost any condition, raising vitality and encouraging the body’s natural ability for self-repair.
The treatment is profoundly relaxing and exhilarating. Most people feel benefits very quickly and generally see enough improvement after four weeks to know that it is going to work.
Indian Head Massage
Indian head massage is a valuable and highly effective treatment based on the Ayurvedic system of healing involving a variety of massage movements. The aim of Indian head massage is to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders.
What does it involve?
The client, fully clothed, sits down for the treatment. The therapist uses a range of different movements over the neck, shoulder and head. In addition, the therapist will also gently stimulate and stroke pressure points on the face. The session will usually last about forty-five minutes.
What is it good for?
Indian head massage is especially good for relieving stress, tension, fatigue, insomnia, headaches, migraine and sinusitis. Clients report that the experience is deeply calming and relaxing, leaving them feeling energised and revitalised and better able to concentrate.
What are the benefits?
Indian head massage helps increase joint mobility and flexibility in the neck and shoulders, enhances blood circulation and lymphatic drainage, frees knots of muscular tension, and aids in the elimination of accumulated toxins and waste products. It brings a sense of calmness and peace.
What are the side effects and when should it be avoided?
Following a treatment some clients experience sleepiness or an increased need to urinate (as the body eliminates toxins and waste materials). These side effects usually last for no more than a few hours, after which clients generally experience increased energy and alertness.
Indian head massage should be avoided if you have had recent surgery, or a head or neck injury, or a history of thrombosis or embolism. Indian head massage is particularly good for reducing the effects of stress and tension, any kind of heart condition, cancer or osteoporosis.
Please talk to your doctor before arranging a treatment. Always make sure that you avoid alcohol for at least four hours before and after the treatment.

Reiki (a Japanese word meaning Universal Life Energy) is a gentle, natural form of healing and the benefits are felt on all levels. As a natural healing system, it can benefit everyone, from young babies to adults and is a safe, non-invasive treatment. It can be used alongside conventional medicine and other complementary therapies.
Reiki can be given on a treatment couch or sitting in a chair, therefore making it an easy treatment to receive.
Reiki helps the body to reach an inner state of harmony, physically, mentally and spiritually. It can help with physical ailments and promote the changing of any negative mental habits, turning these into more positive and productive thought patterns.
Treatments with Reiki reduce stress within the body, thereby inducing a state of relaxation so that the body can then begin the healing process. When stress is being felt for a prolonged period of time, then the body can begin to be affected both physically and mentally, as it weakens the immune system. Reiki can and does help with stress reduction, which has the added benefit of boosting the immune system.

A Reiki treatment
The client simply lies on a couch and relaxes, or the treatment can also be given in a sitting position. There is no need to remove any clothing as Reiki will pass through. The therapist gently places their hands non-intrusively in a sequence of positions which cover the whole body. A full treatment usually takes about an hour.
Natural Lift Facial Massage
The Natural Lift Facial Massage is a sequence of massage techniques which act as a natural facelift and help clients look younger. Many people suffer facial tension through stress and this builds up in the facial muscles causing puffiness, lines and wrinkles. The facial, through the Japanese massage, treats the meridians of the face thereby treating the balance of health in the whole body, as well as the flow of energy in the face.
The massage uses a combination of techniques (traditional system of massage in Japan, and Ayurveda, the ancient Indian healing method) to improve the complexion, remove toxins from the face, prevent and remove facial wrinkles and age spots and balance the life force energy holistically, helping improve health. Natural Lift Facial Massage produces the equivalent of an acupuncture face lift without the insertion of needles.
This advanced method of traditional facial massage treats the surface and also deep facial tissues with highly refined, gentle hand and finger manipulation. These techniques can:
- Increase blood circulation, enabling capillaries to deliver nutrients more efficiently to the skin’s surface
- Stimulate the nervous system, and relax it
- Improve lymphatic flow, transporting bacteria and toxins away from skin cells
- Strengthen and tone muscles, helping prevent skin sagging and fine lines
- Repair and balance the condition of the skin, minimising the ageing process
- Balance chi, improving the health and appearance of the facial tissue
These massage techniques release stresses and traumas locked deeply into the muscles and energy of the face, head and neck. Our face is often our mask, hiding who we really are, and it takes much energy to maintain this “front”. Dropping this mask can be the door to profound relaxation and inner ease.
To summarise, the massage can help to:
- Improve skin suppleness
- Reduce and release any muscle tension in the face and jaw
- Relieve stress symptoms such as insomnia, headaches and eye strain
- Reduce expression lines and wrinkles
- Tones and helps to brighten the skin and underlying muscle
- Stimulate rejuvenation and cellular activity
- Aid lymphatic circulation, increasing the elimination of toxins and the supply of nutrients to the cells
- Aid the removal of dead skin cells
- Promote blood circulation
- Enhance mental and physical relaxation
- Make you feel fantastic!
