I trained with Michael Keet at The London School of Reflexology.
I am based in Central Scotland (Stirling, Falkirk and Dollar), and have previously worked in Glasgow, London and in Spain. I qualified in the Diploma of Reflexology over ten years ago, and I have been practising since then.
I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists, which has high standards in training and education, and requires ongoing CPD from their members to provide an excellent standard of treatment for clients.
I have also trained in reflexology specialisms pregnancy and birth reflexology, cranio-sacral reflexology, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and the use of acupressure points in reflexology and I apply these techniques to give powerful, but relaxing treatments.

Cranio Sacral Reflexology
He noted that the bone structure of the skull permitted slight motion and that any restriction of the normal motion due to injury, trauma or disease could affect health.

Indian Head Massage
Indian head massage is a valuable and highly effective treatment based on the Ayurvedic system of healing involving a variety of massage movements. The aim of Indian head massage is to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders.
What does it involve?
The client, fully clothed, sits down for the treatment. The therapist uses a range of different movements over the neck, shoulder and head. In addition, the therapist will also gently stimulate and stroke pressure points on the face. The session will usually last about forty-five minutes.
What is it good for?
Indian head massage is especially good for relieving stress, tension, fatigue, insomnia, headaches, migraine and sinusitis. Clients report that the experience is deeply calming and relaxing, leaving them feeling energised and revitalised and better able to concentrate.
What are the benefits?
Indian head massage helps increase joint mobility and flexibility in the neck and shoulders, enhances blood circulation and lymphatic drainage, frees knots of muscular tension, and aids in the elimination of accumulated toxins and waste products. It brings a sense of calmness and peace.
What are the side effects and when should it be avoided?
Following a treatment some clients experience sleepiness or an increased need to urinate (as the body eliminates toxins and waste materials). These side effects usually last for no more than a few hours, after which clients generally experience increased energy and alertness.
Indian head massage should be avoided if you have had recent surgery, or a head or neck injury, or a history of thrombosis or embolism. Indian head massage is particularly good for reducing the effects of stress and tension, any kind of heart condition, cancer or osteoporosis.
Please talk to your doctor before arranging a treatment. Always make sure that you avoid alcohol for at least four hours before and after the treatment.

A Reiki treatment
The client simply lies on a couch and relaxes, or the treatment can also be given in a sitting position. There is no need to remove any clothing as Reiki will pass through.
