When people are feeling stressed or depressed, they often sleep poorly. Reflexology can help soothe a troubled mind and body and induce a sense of calm and relaxation.
Reflexology works to hamper the internal and external effects of stress on the body, resulting in relaxation of the nervous system, increased feelings of well-being, and restoration of the body’s natural state of balance.
Special emphasis will be given to specific reflex points for insomnia with the result that the client will start having restful deep sleep even after the first treatment.
