Reflexology After Care Guidelines
- Drink plenty of water.
You can also drink herbal teas or juices.
This helps to hydrate the body and flush out toxins and reduce headaches. - Do not drink tea, coffee, or alcohol for about 12 hours after the treatment.
This helps to prevent dehydration and the introduction of more toxins - Try to rest after the treatment as this will allow the body to heal.
It is best not to do any energetic exercise for at least six hours.
